Service Fees: A 50% non-refundable advance payment is required to start. The remaining 50% is due upon visual completion on a staging link.
Handover: Access and source code are transferred only after 100% payment.
Late Payments: Payments delayed by more than 7 days from the invoice date will incur a 5% late fee per week.
Third-Party Costs: Domains, hosting, or premium assets must be paid 100% in advance.
Technology: We specialize in custom HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. WordPress is only used if explicitly quoted.
Scope & Revisions: We offer unlimited revisions during the design phase within the original project scope. Requests for new features or pages not mentioned in the initial agreement will be billed as "Add-ons."
Compatibility: Sites are optimized for current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.
Content: The Client must provide text/images. If not, Sajuni.in will use professional placeholders/stock assets relevant to the niche.
Portfolio Rights: Sajuni.in reserves the right to showcase the project and Client logo in our portfolio and social media.
Feedback Loop: Clients must provide feedback within 5 business days.
Abandonment: If the Client is unresponsive for more than 30 consecutive days, the project will be considered "Abandoned." The contract will terminate, the deposit will be forfeited, and a "Restart Fee" will be required to resume.
30-Day Support: Includes bug fixes and minor text tweaks starting from the handover date.
Maintenance: Structural changes after 30 days require a separate maintenance contract or service fee.
Ownership: The Client owns the final website. Sajuni.in retains rights to any reusable proprietary code snippets.
Third-Party Services: Sajuni.in is not responsible for service interruptions or price changes by third-party providers (e.g., hosting, domain, or API providers) after handover.
Indemnity: Sajuni.in is not liable for legal issues or financial losses resulting from the website's use.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Silchar, Assam.
